Elevated water tanks usually have mechanical level ruler with pointer to show liquid level inside the elevated tank directly. Reading should not rely on electrical source and must be read easily from relatively far a way distance from elevated tank location – especially for firefighting brigade or operation & maintenance crew.

One of the most important challenges we have faced in reality - in one project - is to control fluorescent lights dimming from two sides. A regular fluorescent lights with 1~10Vdc dimmable ballasts are to be dimmed from two sides, if one control side produced 4 volts for example while the other side produced 7 volts; Certainly we will be facing a voltage conflict and improper operation for the whole system.

Such special fit-up products were developed to matchup the 3M RJ45 data socket to the MK data faceplate. One of our clients has installed MK wiring devices within his project - even for data outlets; He was forced to use 3M products regarding data sockets ... here was the challenge (3M RJ45 data socket can never be installed at any non 3M faceplate!), vice versa MK RJ45 data sockets can never be installed at non MK faceplates. Our adaptation / solution was approved by the Consultant, adopted and installed successfully without changing any installed MK faceplate! Nor excessive delay in persuading the Client to convert to MK sockets and import matching stuff.
